House Rules

No pets allowed, per HOA. If pets are found to be in the unit, an additional cleaning fee of $250 fee will be incurred and your reservation may be cancelled immediately.

No smoking in unit, ashtrays are provided on lanai for smoking outdoors. Please do not throw cigarette butts anywhere other than ashtrays. Please also keep windows and doors closed when smoking on the lanai. If smoking in the unit is evident, an additional cleaning fee of $250 fee will be assessed.

Please do not leave food open on counters or lanai to reduce opportunities for pests. Community trash container is located to the left of the main front gate entrance and household trash should be taken down to the compactor as needed.

Beachfront pool closes at dusk. Family pool located in back of community by park closes at 11pm.

No parties/events unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking. Evidence of a party will constitute grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund and additional $250 cleaning fee will be applied.

Please note the back patio stairs are currently unavailable and are due to be repaired by HOA. Please only use front entrance to enter and exit the condo.

Clothes drying rack is available on lanai, please do not hang wet beach or pool clothes or towels on lanai balcony, inside unit or on front stairwell.

Because we are in a beach community, please be mindful of taking off shoes and wiping down beach items once you enter the unit, to avoid excessive sand.

Please do not rearrange furniture or wall decor, other than barstools/dining/patio chairs.

If anything is found to be not working properly or broken, please do not hesitate to notify us immediately so that we can rectify the issue.

If gate fab or house fan remotes are lost, there will be an additional $50 replacement charge per fab/remote.

A signed rental agreement which will be emailed to you via DocuSign is required by HOA. Failure to sign agreement will terminate your booking.

The space
As you step inside, you'll be immediately captivated by the beach/fun-themed decor, with each bedroom exuding its unique charm and personality. The coastal-inspired ambiance, from seashell accents to vibrant wallpaper and colors, welcomes you to embrace the laid-back beach lifestyle.

The open-concept living area boasts a large sliding door that leads to a covered balcony overlooking the courtyard to sip your morning coffee while taking or unwind with a margarita as the sun sets. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring modern appliances, ocean-like countertops, and ample storage space. Preparing meals here will be a breeze, and the adjacent breakfast bar provides an ideal spot for casual dining or chatting with friends and family while cooking.

The three bedrooms are cozy havens of relaxation, each carrying a distinct beach/fun theme. Escape to the tranquil ambiance of the master suite, where you'll find a comfortable bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a luxurious soaker tub, offering the perfect sanctuary to unwind and soak away the day's stresses.

When it's time for recreation, the Bermuda Bay Beach & Racquet Club has you covered. Dive into the inviting heated pools, take a relaxing dip in the hot tub, or simply lounge poolside and soak up the sun. And don't forget the private beach, where you can enjoy the soft sand between your toes and take leisurely walks along the water's edge. The views of the bay and its ever-changing colors will leave you in awe day after day.

Our condo is a short 1-2 minute walk to either heated pool, the private beach, small putting green, family park, or access to neighboring Clam Bayou Nature preserve's amazing walking trails. The community is located 6 miles from world renowned St. Pete beaches and is very close to nearby stores such as Publix, Walmart, Wawa and many restaurants. Each of our 3 spacious bedrooms offer the following:

Guest access
This condo offers full access to the entire place with only one closet designated for owner’s use.
Additional notes
Per HOA rules & regulations: No pets, including emotional support animals are allowed for tenants.

HOA requires completion of rental packet no less than 5 days prior to check-in, which will be sent to you via Docusign after your booking has been completed.

The community and its beach is a wildlife sanctuary and home to many birds and sea life. Due to this, the beach may occasionally have an abundance of seaweed, which is out of our control as hosts.

The community is currently having its balconies and rear stairs updated. This project is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. Our balcony is intact and unaffected, however the rear staircase is currently unavailable for use.
